That’s why Mr. Benson offers a free ½ hour consultation to take the time necessary to learn more about each client’s goals and circumstances. At the conclusion of the consultation, Mr. Benson will make recommendations for a plan to meet the client’s objectives and he will be able to quote a transparent flat fee for the recommended legal services.

Jay Benson has been practicing law in Chanhassen for more than 30 years and has served clients in Chanhassen and its surrounding communities, including Chaska, Waconia, Eden Prairie, Victoria, and Minnetonka.
